Who We Are

ABOUT

Mrs. Rina's House of Blessings

A hospitality house like no other for Martin County students and their families experiencing crisis or homelessness. Mrs. Rina’s House of Blessings is a 7,000 sq ft house for families with students in the Martin County school district to temporarily stay as they get back on their feet.

Mrs. Rina’s House of Blessings was purchased in 2021 as a hospitality house like no other for for families with students in the Martin County school district to temporarily stay as they get back on their feet. The property sits on 2 acres and features a 7,000 sq ft house with 14 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, and plenty of room to expand.

Many Martin County residents may not be aware of the alarming number of displaced students in our community. The area has hundreds of students that we are aware of living in their cars, hotels, or couch surfing. Mrs. Rina’s House of Blessings will run as a traditional hospitality house with residents sharing the responsibilities of daily life while continuing their education safe with a roof over their head, food in their bellies, and a community that cares.

Mrs. Rina’s House of Blessings is solely run on nightly monetary love donations from our house guests and/or financial support from our community. We have a long road ahead of us as we continue to bring Martin County families home.
ABOUT

Elev8Hope

We provide support and hope to struggling families with children! Through educating, training, and inspiring our youth to become compassionate leaders, Elev8Hope’s works to positively impact the community of Martin County by connecting with individuals and families struggling to meet the most basic requirements of daily living.

Youth Programs

Don’t underestimate the power of our youth and the passion they possess for helping others! Our children are very aware of the issues facing our community and want to get involved in the solutions. Some of the biggest success stories where Elev8Hope was able to intervene were a result of our students voicing their concern over a problem or need they identified. The moral compass, compassion, and empathy of our students continues to amaze and Elev8Hope’s goal is to develop and equip our youth with the tools necessary to continue to lead and make positive change in Martin County.

Elev8Hope hope runs several educational classes for the students and youth of Martin County. The topics and subjects taught are as wide-ranging and diverse as the community itself. From classes on how to be a leader, to educating our students on our communities homelessness issues, to wrapping Christmas presents for underprivileged families, our programs are designed to inspire and encourage our youth to get involved and make an impact. Students are taught in a fun, safe atmosphere where emphasis is placed on community involvement and being selfless. Students understand our motto “Be the Light” means that by going forth and positively changing the community, your individual light shines as a beacon of hope and inspires others to do the same.

Community Outreach

Elev8Hope is a “boots on the ground” organization. Our flexibility and determination has allowed us to work with many organizations and tackle many issues that cannot be met by any other organization. Our President, our students, and our volunteers provide continuous outreach to our community to assist those struggling to meet basic living requirements as well as those with unique one-time needs. Elev8Hope has provided food, clothing, basic hygiene products, and furniture to countless Martin County Families and individuals.

In addition, Elev8Hope has provided financial assistance to families transitioning from homelessness into permanent residences. Elev8hope has raised money for medical procedures, provided money for educational expenses, and raised money for funeral services for those who could not afford it. If there is a need to be met, Elev8hope has been there to meet it.
